Creating is fun.

52

Become self-aware; aware that you have consciousness. Look at the mirror and ask yourself ‘Who?’ with a long oooo.  Do it the next 100 times you look at yourself in the mirror.

This is part 3.

53

Enlightenment – experiencing by not seeking to experience… You cannot become enlightened by wishing to be one, but only by Being one.

We are already enlightened, and we simply need to become aware of it. We can become aware of anything within us by seeing it outside ourselves. And we become aware of the outside, only when we see it inside ourselves…

54

See all things around you as you.

‘This is me, this homeless person’

‘This is me, that leaf on the tree’

‘This is me, a dictator in a foreign land’

‘This is me, that blade of grass’,

Next, observe the inside of you. Lose all thoughts and images you had about the outside world. Concentrate on the sound of your breathing. Make this sound a mantra, the sound that takes you within. Focus on your third eye.

55

Wait for what is there to reveal itself to you. You may see a blue dancing flame image. This is your Soul.

This process will make you aware of your consciousness. Now, take this inner vision and feelings and project them on the outside world. Place your inner image on everyone and everything in the outside. You will soon fall in love with All. You will literally turn your world inside out.

56

This experience will open you to all that you know, and to all that you Are. It will expand your choices of actions, and will increase your options. This is an experience of ‘Being in this world, but not of it’.

There is a cycle of:

  • knowing and forgetting,
  • oneness and separation,
  • conscious and unconscious,
  • coming and going,
  • appearing and disappearing,
  • being and no-being,
  • living and dying.

This cycle happens with people or without them. It happens with humanity’s physical participation, and also without it. It does not need humanity, yet, without humanity it will have no meanings.

58

The Conscious needs the physical reality’s experience to make meanings. This is why humanity was created.

The body and the mind are linked. They are not separated.

59

The brain is part of the body. The mind is not our brain, yet we can open our mind using our brain.

Simply breathe-in the Life around you. Sit quietly doing so. Imagine the Ki, The Life Force, entering through the Crown Chakra. Then exhale it through the feet. Now imagine the energy filling up your brain.

60

Soon this breath exercise will become automatic to you. In the natural process of breathing, the Life Force enters people, flows through them, and is sent by them back to Life itself.

61

The first thing we do every moment is to breathe. This we do automatically. We are not told to do it, since it is a Life Serving act, and we perform Life Serving acts automatically.

64

Instinct – the thought that serves Life. It is built-in. Yet, the response can change. The response is based on our beliefs of what serves best the instinct.

65

A higher conscious person can control and create the response to their instincts.
