Halo of Silence – Dr. Gil
Track 1 – God Breathing in the Night
A silence that is not empty, but alive, when the world itself pauses… breathing… holding everything in compassion. “God Breathing in the Night” is the opening moment of the album “The Halo of Silence”.

Lyrics - God Breathing in the Night [click to open]
It was the same silence she had found before,
Like God breathing in the night once more.
Holding the world in a still, soft pause,
A hush that trembled with a secret cause.
A pulse like a heart beating low, beating deep,
Not in her ears, but where dreams sleep.
Under her ribs, the world would hum,
A song of the silence she’d become.
She leaned back, closed her eyes so tight,
And fell into God breathing in the night.
The air was thick with the sound of calm,
A whispered prayer, a gentle psalm.
The world stood still, but her soul took flight,
As she sank to the heart of the quiet light.
Under her ribs, the world would hum,
A song of the silence she’d become.
She leaned back, closed her eyes so tight,
And fell into God breathing in the night.
God breathing in the night…
Holding the world in light.
Just silence, pure and right,
God breathing in the night.
Track 2 – I Am Here
‘I Am Here’ is the moment when everything slows down. No past pulling. No future chasing. Just a quiet space where something real rises beneath the noise… and a simple truth returns: “I am here.”
Lyrics - I Am Here [click to open]
But inside her something shifted deep,
A quiet change she couldn’t keep.
The silence opened like a pool,
Alive, not empty, calm but full.
It pulsed with warmth beneath her skin,
A steady fire held within.
Not loud, not wild, not full of fear,
Just something true and drawing near.
She tried to turn, she tried to hide,
The silence felt too close inside.
It stripped away the roles she wore,
The endless lists, the need for more.
And there it was beneath the sound,
The truth she never let be found.
Her breath came slow, her heart stood still,
And words rose up against her will:
“I am here…
I am here.”
No yesterday to pull her back,
No future running off its track.
Not at the desk, not in her head,
Not in the things she’d left unsaid.
Just in this chair, this quiet place,
The untouched cup, the glass, the space.
The pulse of life beyond the door,
And something asking nothing more.
Her eyes grew wet, but tears stayed still,
The moment asked for honesty.
She only meant to breathe it in,
But silence spoke through her again.
And there it was beneath the sound,
The truth she never let be found.
Her breath came slow, her heart stood still,
And words rose up against her will:
“I am here… I am here.”
“I am here… I am here.”
A field appeared at edge of sight,
Wide and burning in the light.
A net unravels from her arms,
Stones fall free without alarm.
Like half a dream, like borrowed time,
Half tomorrow, half behind.
She almost reached, she almost knew,
But it was gone before it grew.
Still the feeling chose to stay,
A quiet promise in its wake.
Not an answer, not a sign,
Just something gentle, warm, and kind.
“I am here… I am here.”
“I am here… I am here.”
No words she needs, no role to play,
Just breathing now in this soft stay.
A promise humming, calm and clear,
In the silence: I am here.
Track 3 – The Shape of Breath
The gentle awareness on the inner path, this is the third release from my meditation album “The Halo of Silence”. This track listens rather than speaking…
A Human/AI collaboration, inspired by my poems and guided meditations transcripts.
Lyrics - The Shape of Breath [click to open]
For a long moment, she only breathed,
Inhale, exhale, a simple thing.
The rhythm of life beneath the sound,
Something old but newly found.
Without the weight, without the strain,
Her breath moved through her like open rain.
Unblocked, unbound, it found its way,
A cloud at last allowed to stay.
Each inhale lifted her chest so high,
She felt she almost learned to fly.
Each exhale loosened what remained,
Of hidden grip and silent pain.
The café faded to distant waves,
No longer walls, no longer cages.
Voices drifted, then fell away,
She floated in the ordinary day.
This is breath, the way it’s meant to be,
Carrying her quietly free.
She opened her eyes, the window shone,
The street outside had darkened on.
Silver light on hurried feet,
Umbrellas folding on the street.
And suddenly she saw them clear,
Every face, every passerby here.
They were breathing just like she,
Fires alive invisibly.
Not apart, not standing alone,
Her breath echoed their own.
As if the universe drew near,
One pulse, one breath, one rhythm here.
The coffee cooled but she drank it slow,
Let the bitter anchor her now.
No rushing through, no future chase,
Each small sip a sacred space.
She tasted time, she tasted here,
A quiet now she held sincere.
She closed her eyes, the room dissolved,
A field appeared, vast and soft.
She breathed, the grasses bowed in time,
Stars grew bright with every rise.
Her breath became the moving wind,
Lifting hair and touching skin.
She could not tell where she would end,
Or where the air would now begin.
She gasped and found the café still,
Her hands, her bones, her living will.
A fire glowed within her chest,
Unloud, unforced, but fully blessed.
She laughed out loud, a gentle sound,
The infinite in common ground.
Not escape, not far away,
But presence here, in the fray.
To hold deep silence, walk the noise,
To live unbound, awake, and poised.
She stood, the chair scraped tile and stone,
She took her coat, she went alone.
One cup remained, half-full, half-known,
A witness to the breath she’d grown.
A Living Silence
When sound itself becomes tender… when quiet breathes and listens back. This piece was born from a dream of stillness. From where light, water, and memory become a sound-painted prayer…A Human/AI collaboration, inspired by my poems and guided meditations transcripts. – Dr. Gil.
Lyrics - The Shape of Breath [click to open]
The moment she passed beneath the arch,
The noise of the world grew still.
City echoes faded out,
Only water, wings, and will.
Bees hummed low, the pond replied,
Birdsong drifted far and wide.
Silence woven out of sound,
A living hush that wrapped around.
Not a place that time forgot,
But held by love and left unlost.
Every step, each whispered name,
Remembered by the land, the same.
It felt like home she’d always known,
Paths her heart had walked alone.
An old village in her chest,
Kept awake by tenderness.
Every breath, a quiet start,
Love preserving every part.
By the water’s edge, so pale and fair,
A white parasol waited there.
She lifted it with careful hands,
Light as if it understood.
She hadn’t brought it, still it knew,
It had been waiting just for you.
When it opened, sunlight fell,
Golden blessings, soft as spells.
Through the fabric, warm and kind,
Patterns danced across her skin.
Nothing asked, nothing owed,
Only light and time slowed.
She walked the path of rounded stone,
Pebbles placed like stepping tones.
Hedges curved in emerald walls,
Kissing water as it falls.
Under bridges, hidden seams,
Roses, lilies, quiet dreams.
The pond lay clear, the stones below,
Glimmered where the currents flow.
Every bloom turned as she passed,
As if to say: at last, at last.
She didn’t try, she didn’t plan,
The smile came free upon her face.
No need to name the grace she felt,
It moved through her at its own pace.
In this living, breathing peace,
She arrived where striving ceased.
At last, at last.
She didn’t try, she didn’t plan,
The smile came free upon her face.
No need to name the grace she felt,
It moved through her at its own pace.
In this living, breathing peace,
She arrived where striving ceased.
Steps grew slow, the light grew warm,
The garden held her without form.
Nothing spoken, nothing owed
Just a smile…
At last, at last.
She didn’t try, she didn’t plan,
The smile came free upon her face.
No need to name the grace she felt,
It moved through her at its own pace.
In this living, breathing peace,
She arrived where striving ceased.
Steps grew slow, the light grew warm,
The garden held her without form,
Nothing spoken, nothing owed,
Just a smile,
And a silence alive and whole.
Untouched Cups
What’s left unsaid can speak louder than words… “Untouched Cups” is my fifth video release, from the coming project “Halo of Silence”.
A Human/AI collaboration, inspired by my poems and guided meditations transcripts. – Dr. Gil.
Lyrics - Untouched Cups [click to open]
One, two, three, she breathed it in,
Let the rising fall again.
The noise was there but lost its hold,
Like distant weather she could behold.
Something eased inside her chest,
A weight she never knew she’d pressed.
A voice inside said, “You look strange,
People will notice if you don’t change.”
She heard it clearly, then let it go,
It didn’t own her anymore.
The café buzzed with clatter and sound,
Laughter and footsteps moving around.
Still, it felt like another place,
A world she watched without the chase.
One, two, three, she breathed it in,
Let the rising fall again.
The noise was there but lost its hold,
Like distant weather she could behold.
Something eased inside her chest,
A weight she never knew she’d pressed.
She carried roles like borrowed skin,
Morning masks, she hurried in.
Meeting words she practised through,
Becoming shapes she never chose.
Piece by piece, she’d come undone,
A puzzle never meant as one.
Right here in this ordinary room,
She let the masks slip quietly loose.
An inner light began to rise,
Unannounced, unseen by eyes.
No one noticed, no one turned,
No lesson taught, no signal burned.
Cups still clinked at tables near,
Other lives were happening here.
But something changed, she couldn’t hide,
A gentle truth she felt inside.
Never Alone
She opened her eyes to radiant skies… I am never alone. “Never Alone” is the sixth release from ‘The Halo of Silence’, my healing music album.
A Human/AI collaboration, inspired by my poems and guided meditations transcripts. – Dr. Gil.
Lyrics - Never Alone [click to open]
She raised her arms, the light replied,
The dome grew tall and stretched out wide.
The love she felt upon the shore
Was here, intensified, and more.
It filled the air, the ground, the sea,
Woven through all she could be.
Not just a holding, warm and bright
This was truth revealed in light.
She saw it clear without disguise,
This love was more than paradise.
Love was not fragile, not easily torn,
Not something lost when trust is worn.
It was a shield, it was a flame,
A quiet strength that stayed the same.
It held her fast through storm and stare,
Through nets of gaze she used to wear.
Tears filled her eyes, but not from ache,
These tears were joy she couldn’t fake.
She’d searched for safety far and wide,
In others’ hands, in praise, in pride.
But here it rose like living stream,
A river bright with steady gleam.
The safety she had chased so long
Was here, and had been all along.
She closed her eyes and trusted in,
Let go of edge, let go of skin.
The water lifted, bore her weight,
No fight required, no need to wait.
She leaned back slow, her arms outspread,
The dome reborn above her head.
Her breath grew deep, her heartbeat calm,
Her fire and river interwove as one.
Her hair fanned out, her body light,
Held between the dark and bright.
No broken parts, no missing seam,
She floated whole within the gleam.
She knew she’d never lose this place,
This dome of love, this inner space.
Not borrowed arms, not passing through
This love was hers, and hers to choose.
Within, beyond, it held her near,
A constant presence, crystal-clear.
She opened her eyes to radiant skies,
The water breathed where roses sway.
She spoke the truth she’d come to know,
Soft as prayer, yet strong as stone:
I am never alone.
The words fell in and circled back,
Returned her heart its steady track.
The Fire Knows the Way
The voice that frees us doesn’t come from thought, but from warmth… The seventh release from my healing music album, ‘The Halo of Silence’. This is a human/AI collaboration, inspired by my poems and guided meditation transcripts. – Dr. Gil
Lyrics - The Fire Knows the Way [click to open]
The words were not her mind’s own sound,
They rose from warmth that wrapped around.
Her eyes grew wet, her hands held tight,
She held herself inside the light.
Again it came, both calm and vast,
Not bound to future, nor to past.
“You’re more than all you carry still,”
A promise spoke without her will.
You’re more than what you carry here,
More than the weight of every year.
From silence came a heartbeat true,
Holding worlds she never knew.
You’re more than what you’re holding now,
The fire knows the way somehow.
The stones began to crack and glow,
Golden roots began to grow.
Breaking open, warm and bright,
Spilling love into the night.
She whispered softly, “I free you now,
I thank you for what you showed me how.
I do not fear, I do not blame,
You brought me here, you lit my flame.”
And one by one they rose through air,
Leaving her lighter, free from care.
The Valley of Radiance
The beauty was asking her breath, because beauty is not something to observe, but something to step into… ‘The Valley of Radiance’ is the next chapter in my healing music album ‘Halo of Silence’; the eighth video release. This is a human/AI collaboration, inspired by my poems and guided meditation transcripts. – Dr. Gil
Lyrics - The Valley of Radiance [click to open]
Too vast to count or name
Two rivers wind like quiet thoughts
That almost are the same
They edge green ledges soft with moss
Where silver waters fall
And lotus flowers lift their heads
Above the misted call
She cannot move, she cannot speak
The beauty asks her breath
This is not a thing to look upon
It is a place to step
The world she knew grows larger now
Not gone, not left behind
It opens wide and teaches her
The shape of her own light
The trees stand deep in listening
With roots that twist and sway
Their leaves each hold a different word
For how the light can stay
Bright pillars rise like thoughts made real
No stone, no weight, no seam
A city drawn in starlight lines
Between the seen and dreamed
She cannot move, she cannot speak
The beauty asks her breath
This is not a thing to look upon
It is a place to step
The world she knew grows larger now
Not gone, not left behind
It opens wide and teaches her
The shape of her own light
A single tone moves through the air
The waters start to glow
And something ancient wakes in her
She almost always knew
She feels again that room of stars
Where time had laid her down
Where years fell off like winter coats
And truth was all around
The sound returns, she understands
This is not how she flees
It is the world she always knew
Expanded gently
“What if I am not ready yet?”
She asks the open air
A presence rests just out of sight
Like hands already there
“If you were not”, she hears it say
“The door would still be closed”
She stands within the widening light
And finally, she knows.
Threads of the Gaze
She feels them tug, she feels them stay… ‘Threads of the Gaze’ – the ninth video from ‘Halo of Silence’. This is a human/AI collaboration, inspired by my poems and guided meditation transcripts. – Dr. Gil.
Lyrics - Threads of the Gaze [click to open]
Woven from the looks she’s living in.
From passing eyes and whispered air,
From wondering who is watching her.
She feels them tug, she feels them stay,
Threads of the gaze she never named.
She turns and sees a couple near,
Their cups still warm, their voices clear.
They never look, they never turn,
But still the question starts to burn.
Do they see me sitting here?
The thought strikes sharp, then disappears.
She feels the sting she’s always known,
Living life before a throne.
Teachers’ eyes and strangers’ trains,
Polite nods, familiar chains.
She shaped herself to fit each frame,
Never asked whose net she claimed.
Invisible threads around her arms,
Spun from rules and silent charms.
Every should and every must
Held her still because she must.
She bent herself to make them whole,
A net she wore instead of soul.
She closed her eyes and saw it clear,
A shining net drawn tight with fear.
Around her shoulders, waist, and breath,
Expectation dressed as care.
Then came the field, the lifted hands,
The mesh dissolving into strands.
The vision burned, then slipped away,
Not yet, not now, it seemed to say.
The voices rose, “Don’t fall, don’t fail,
Make us proud, don’t tell the tale.”
Smile softly, don’t let them see
How much it costs to always be.
The tighter she pushed, the less she moved,
Until the fire inside her knew.
So, she breathed instead of fought,
One slow inhale, one exhale caught.
She softened where she once was tight,
Let warmth lean gently into light.
The threads began to tremble, thin,
Unravelling from deep within.
Not torn apart, not forced, not torn
Just loosening…
By being warm.
Arms of Love
This love asked nothing back from her. ‘Arms of Love’, the tenth release from ‘Halo of Silence’. This is a human/AI collaboration, inspired by my poems and guided meditation transcripts. – Dr. Gil.
Lyrics - Arms of Love [click to open]
This love asked nothing back from her,
No duty owed, no role to play.
Not born of want or expectation,
Just endless, steady, wide as day.
She’d known love’s shapes her whole life through,
But never one this pure and true.
The holding deepened, drew her tall,
Her spine aligned by unseen hands.
She breathed, and light filled every space,
Like dawn released through inner lands.
Her guarded heart began to bloom,
Unfolding petal after petal.
The roses overhead leaned close,
As if they felt the same soft settling.
These arms were also hers to claim,
The love she buried deep in doubt.
The strength she thought must come from others
Now rose within and carried out.
Tender enough for every scar,
Strong enough to hold her whole.
She whispered low into the air,
I am safe. I am loved. I am love.
The garden echoed every word,
Birdsong rising up above.
The pond replied in rings of light,
The roses bowed in quiet grace.
All creation seemed to say,
Yes, this is your place.
She opened her eyes, the world shone new,
Richer hues and softened lines.
Held and vast at once she felt,
As if her arms could circle time.
She wrapped the hills, the fields, the sky,
And felt the world held back by her.
Her breath grew slow, a smiling tear,
She saw what love had always been.
Not something begged for, stored, or earned,
But a river flowing in.
The path of pink stones stretched ahead,
Each step still held, each moment sure.
The arms she felt were no longer sought,
They lived in her, complete and pure.
No need to reach, no need to prove,
No fear of loss, no need to hide.
What held her then still holds her now,
A steady, endless presence inside.
The arms of love were always there,
They were her strength, they were her core.
She Carried Her Own Dawn
The light doesn’t arrive from the horizon – it rises from within. “She Carried Her Own Dawn”, the eleventh release from my meditation album “Halo of Silence”. This is a human/AI collaboration, inspired by my poems and guided meditation transcripts. – Dr. Gil.
Lyrics - She Carried Her Own Dawn [click to open]
Loosened knots she’d tightly pressed.
She wasn’t just getting by,
She felt alive for the first time.
Though the night was long and drawn,
She carried, she carried her own dawn.
Rain and smoke, the city hums,
Still her fear no longer runs.
In the crowd she moved so free,
Held by what she chose to be.
Each breath out, the past let go,
Each breath in, she dared to grow.
Every breath lit up her chest,
Turned the hurt into her strength.
She wasn’t just getting by,
She felt alive for the first time.
Even wrapped in darkest dawn,
She carried, she carried her own dawn.
The noise fell soft, the lights grew thin,
The city folded deep within.
No walls, no clocks, no lines to cross,
Just open air, no sense of loss.
The ground felt warm beneath her feet,
Every step said, you belong to me.
Every breath lit up her chest,
Spoke the words she never said.
She wasn’t just getting by,
She felt alive, she felt now.
No matter how far she’d gone,
She carried, she carried her own dawn.
At the gate of bloom and red,
She saw the truth she’d always fled.
Not fear of pain, not fear of wrong,
Just fear she’d waited all along.
She closed her eyes, let breath be calm,
And trusted what was in her palms.
Every breath lit up her light,
Nothing owed, nothing to fix.
She wasn’t just getting by,
She felt a hum, a God within.
This was where her light was drawn
She carried, she carried her own dawn.
Heartbeat Water
Some sounds do not arrive to be heard. They arrive to remember us. “Heartbeat Water” is the twelfth release from my healing album “Halo of Silence”. This is a human/AI collaboration, inspired by my poems and guided meditation transcripts. – Dr. Gil.
Lyrics - Heartbeat Water [click to open]
Love had held, love had stayed,
Cradled her in rose and shade.
But now it moved, it asked her to go,
Not just arms, but current and flow.
Love was more than staying still,
It was river, rise, and will.
She set the parasol on the ground,
Slipped off her shoes without a sound.
The earth was cool beneath her feet,
Alive, awake, and bittersweet.
She stepped ahead, the water kissed
Her toes with something she had missed.
Not cold, not sharp, but strangely new,
As if it waited just for you.
Love had held, love had stayed,
Cradled her in rose and shade.
But now it moved, it asked her to go,
Not just arms, but current and flow.
Love was more than staying still,
It was river, rise, and will.
So, she stepped in, then stepped again,
Past the edge of safe and when.
The water climbed her skin in rings,
Like opening forgotten things.
Each step felt like coming home,
To parts she never walked alone.
Final light appeared where skin met stream,
A widening, waking, living gleam.
It curved above her, soft and wide,
A dome of silver, gold, and sky.
The world fell quiet, sound grew small,
Just heartbeat-water, breath, and all.
Final light appeared where skin met stream,
A widening, waking, living gleam.
It curved above her, soft and wide,
A dome of silver, gold, and sky.
The world fell quiet, sound grew small,
Just heartbeat-water, breath, and all.
Walking On
We don’t need to rise above life, but simply keep walking through it. “Walking On” is the thirteenth, and final, video release from my healing album “Halo of Silence”. This is a human/AI collaboration, inspired by my poems and guided meditation transcripts. – Dr. Gil.
Lyrics - Walking On [click to open]
Love is not a distant shore
Or something waiting still
Love is every step she takes
Along the turning hill
It is not a promise far ahead
Or mercy yet to come
Love is just the road beneath her feet
And she is walking on.
Love is not a distant shore
Or something she must earn
Love is every steady step
And every brave return
She is not alone, she says it now
And feels the truth align
The fire she carries meets her fear
And teaches it to lie down.
