Many who are in the physical realms are only aware of the physical aspects around them and for us within the Spirit realms, we experience how you would call it 'both worlds / realms' - physical and Spirit but not as two separately, for there is no distinction between the two, they are truly one.
There is much talk of 'two worlds' - the 'physical world' and the 'Spirit World', however there is truly only one 'world' as such where we all exist at differing levels of light. To explain, there are differing gradations of light where this so called 'physical world' is at heavy, slower vibrations and is dark compared to the levels above. We are often described as coming to the 'physical world' and experiencing it as dark, heavy and slow which is so, but it is not another world but simply another gradation or level of light.
So, there are not really two distinct worlds as such, only one world with many layers - a bit like an onion which as you cut it in half and look at the inside there can be seen many layers which make it up - the outer sections perfectly linked to the inner ones - this is how things truly are - multi layered.
So going forward we will refer to the previous understanding of the 'physical world' and the 'Spirit World' as the 'physical realms' and the 'Spirit Realms' for clarity and accuracy.
There are a few within the physical realms, who are aware of or see the Spirit Realms (the term 'few' is used because we compare those who are aware to the many who do not even know of the existence of the Spirit Realms). They may see people, animals, colours etc, but these individuals do not truly see all of the Spirit realms or in the richness that is here as we do, only a fraction of what exists.
One may ask 'why is only a fraction seen of the Spirit Realms whilst you are within the physical realms?'. That is partly due to much of our existence is beyond your physical limitations (both mentally and physically). The limitation is as a result of limited abilities of your physical bodies which are not able to extend to experience or comprehend the entirety of the Spirit Realms, compared to the ability which enables comprehension of the aspects within the physical dimension.
This limited physical ability is not due to lack of mediumship or meditative practice for instance which normally enables the 'gap' for communication with those within the physical realms to be lessened - it is purely as a result of being within the physical form. There are some within the physical realms who we know have experienced some colours or images which are beyond those that exist in the physical realms. Those who have, have developed their own spiritual abilities to enable this to be so, but it is still only the tip of the iceberg in relation to the fullness of the Spirit Realms.
As an analogue, physicists have identified your colour spectrum but the colours within the Spirit Realms go far beyond that which has been identified and are seen daily within the physical realms. This applies directly to many other aspects of the Spirit Realms which are beyond physical abilities (the physical eyes and the third eye too). Additionally, your physical minds are limited in their ability to process much of what exists within the Spirit Realms, even if you were able to 'see' it.
The fullness of the Spirit Realms is only experienced when the physical limitations are removed which is when the physical body is no longer required.
